Our Team
BLAYD employs their own team of highly qualified Tradesmen and passionate staff to construct gardens at exceptional value for money; a complete package including strategic advice, planning, project management, construction. The ability of BLAYD to meet the demands of the entire project including close collaboration with the Architect at the design stage, to the construction of projects including complete in-house management of projects throughout various stages, lies in the knowledge and expertise of our team’s practical focus of the design and the diverse level of experience in the construction field.
Our team have the expertise, passion and skillset that reflects in the work we put our hands to. These skills and capabilities include Stonemasonry, Carpentry work, Horticulture, difficult and restricted access sites. We undertake both internal and external construction work where attention to detail is paramount, unrivalled, and delivered without compromise.

Driven by his client focus, Joe inspires the BLAYD team to think outside the box in order to deliver solutions that are creative, innovative and visionary.
From humble beginnings in 1998 - running a small business constructing gardens - Joe has maintained the same basic but fundamental principles of building strong client relationships throughout his career.
As the Director of BLAYD, he continues to cultivate his passion and creativity in the field of landscape construction, with a mission to set the company apart from the status quo.
